Predict & Win is operated by BizTechIncp. For any privacy question or request, contact us at biztechincp@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Account detailsYour email address (and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account email and name) so we can create and secure your account. A display name you choose is shown to other players on leaderboards.
• Optional contact detailsIf you opt in to match reminders, your phone number so we can send them.
• Gameplay dataThe games you create or join, your score predictions, points, and any messages you post in a game's chat. Predictions are hidden from other players until a match kicks off.
• Payment dataIf you subscribe or buy a Tournament Pass, our payment processor Stripe collects your card details directly — we never see or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer reference, your current plan and its expiry, and a record of each payment (amount, currency, and date) for your account history.
• Technical dataStandard information your browser or device sends, such as IP address and device type, plus a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To run your games — fixtures, predictions, scoring, leaderboards, and chat.
• To take payment and manage your subscription or pass.
• To send match reminders, if you opt in.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with the service providers that run the app on our behalf, each acting as our processor under contract:

• SupabaseStores your account, gameplay, and profile data, and provides authentication.
• VercelHosts the application.
• StripeProcesses payments and manages subscriptions. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• GoogleProvides Google sign-in, if you choose it.
• TwilioDelivers match reminders, if you opt in to them.

Football fixtures and results come from a third-party sports data provider (API-Football); we send them no personal data. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, games, predictions, and messages. We may retain limited payment records where we are legally required to (for example, for tax and accounting).

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your data is enforced at the database level by row-level security, so you can only see games and information you belong to, and only our secure server processes can change billing or plan information. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can change your display name in the app at any time. To exercise any other right, or to delete your account, email us at biztechincp@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Predict & Win is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
